Many communities have adopted a System Master Plan for their agency – one that generally outlines a list of projects to be implemented over time. This session explores how to take that general implementation plan and translate that into prioritized, defined projects and actions – and turn that plan into a reality.

Learning Objectives
1. Participants will identify and define tools, methods and processes to utilize when refining a Parks System Implementation Plan.
2. Participants will define and identify prioritization methods and processes for implementing the list of specific projects outlined a System Master Plan.
3. Participants will utilize existing resources and staff to do much of the work!
