We invite you to join us at the 2026 Florida Recreation and Park Association Annual Conference, where professionals from across the state will come together around this year’s theme, Field of Possibilities.

This year’s conference focuses on exploring what’s possible for our field—sharing ideas, learning from one another, and building connections that support the work happening in our communities. Through keynote sessions, educational offerings, and time to connect, you’ll gain practical insight and perspective to take back with you.

We look forward to bringing everyone together for a thoughtful and engaging experience centered on the future of parks and recreation.

Delegate registration is for personnel employed by public or private agencies providing recreation, park, or leisure services; persons employed as educators at universities and colleges; fully retired park and recreation professionals not serving in any commercial capacity; citizens serving on Recreation, Parks, or Leisure Services Advisory Boards; or citizens interested in or involved in the promotion of the parks, recreation, and leisure services profession. Individuals employed by a company offering support services, equipment, consulting, etc. to park and recreation departments are considered commercial vendors. Commercial vendors must have an exhibit booth or be a major conference sponsor to attend any conference event, education session or social activity.

Gold Agency Members have the opportunity to register up to five non-members at the Member Rate for the 2026 Conference. Please be sure to select the proper ticket if you are using one of these registrations.

Full Conference Registration

Guest Badge - does not allow for full access Guest badges may be purchased for spouses/partners wishing to accompany a registered delegate to socials. TR Institute - Full Registration The 2026 Institute will bring together professionals from across TR/RT service delivery areas for multiple days of education and networking. You are also invited to attend the Opening General Session on Monday and the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening (Monday) and Closing (Tuesday). Registration fees include all educational sessions and CEU records. Registration Ends 8/10/26 at 4:00 PM EDT		$325.00 Price will increase to $350.00 on 8/1/26
TR Institute - Sunday only The 2026 Institute will bring together professionals from across TR/RT service delivery areas for multiple days of education and networking. Registration fees include all educational sessions for Sunday only and CEU records. Registration Ends 8/10/26 at 4:00 PM EDT		$150.00 Price will increase to $200.00 on 8/1/26
TR Institute - Student Registration The 2026 Institute will bring together professionals from across TR/RT service delivery areas for multiple days of education and networking. Registration fees include all educational sessions and CEU records. Student Registration: Any full time student - 12 hrs or more per semester. Individual cannot be working - in any capacity - in the field of parks and recreation. Proof will be requested. Registration Ends 8/10/26 at 4:00 PM EDT		$125.00 Price will increase to $150.00 on 8/1/26
